Valentine M.D.?

My wife goes in for laparoscopy surgery tomorrow. I've gotten lots of thoughts,and prayers from friends family and people that I've met because of The Bill and Connie morning show. My wife is in alot of pain and we both cant wait for her to feel better. When she feels really bad all I can do is tell her it's gonna be O.K.....kinda like when your friend has had too much to drink and they're yakking in the bathroom. My job I guess is to just hold her hair and keep saying "you alright hun?"
I think one of the best things I can tell her right now is that alot of people she doesn't know hopes she feels better soon........I have YOU to thank for that!!!

Stopping to smell the roses!!

I'm from California. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. Its an hour to the beach, an hour to the mountains and an hour to the lake. Traffic is so bad that if you do want to go to the beach in an hour, the beach that is an hour away is over populated by the dregs of society. A nice beach beach is about two hours away!(50 miles)
My friend Heff and I went for lunch last Wednesday on the bikes because we heard it was gonna be 80 degrees. It was not only beautiful up there at the lake but from his house in Galena it was like 20 minutes. I left the station,... and in 30 minutes I was having lunch in one of the most Beautiful places in the WORLD!
I am so glad I moved to Reno!! California can have the beaches and the traffic I'll take the changing seasons and the Northern Nevada lifestyle any day of the week!!

I just don't like her!!

Did you ever have someone you just didn't like. And then you realized you dont really know why, you JUST DON'T LIKE THEM? This morning I found out I just didnt like someone and I really can't tell you why. This person didn't do anything to me, make me mad or do something that made me not like them,...I JUST DON'T LIKE HER! Maybe I'm that person for you. Do you have someone that you don't like and you don't know why?
My point is this:
Just because I don't like someone even if I don't have a good reason that doesn't make me a bad person. It makes me human.
Like I've always said "Don't hate me cuz I'm beautiful,...hate me cuz I'm an IDIOT!
