Tuesday I went and cleaned house for the American Cancer Society. The ladies really enjoyed my outfit and when I bent down to lift heavy boxes!! I cleaned and dusted, folded some shirts and styled some of the wigs they give to women undergoing treatment. They work very hard for a cure and I would like to thank Peggy Rue, Grangier, AR Productions, The House of Black and White for my outfit and everyone else that took place in the Bill and Connie Rapid Relay Auction,and The American Cancer Society's RELAY FOR LIFE.

Riding for the DAV!!

I LOVE getting on my bike and riding and I LOVE veterans. Put them together and you've got a great way to spend the day! The Disabled American Veterans needed my support so I called my leather clad friends and we showed them we had thier back. Last I checked about 150 of us had thier back on The 2nd Annual DAV Poker Run Saturday. A poker run is where you have 5 destinations and at each stop you pick up a card,...the guy with the best hand wins. But really since the entry fee goes to the DAV everybody wins!! BTW I got a 4S-10D-2S-4C-3H. Not a very good hand but a great time!!

Miss Nevada in the Studio

Miss Nevada was in the studio, She came in and was a great guest host on Friday. We even exchanged autographed photos. Her photo is a great addition to my desks appearance. I miss Miss Nevada already!!

Bill was nice enough to make me my own tiara with two of his fingers!!

March Madness

Basketball, I'm becoming a bigger fan everyday with ambassadors like Laurann and Bebo from the Reno Bighorns Dance Team. We had a good time on Monday talking Sports and stuff, I might even get to join them in a routine next season. I'll keep ya posted!

I Love Basketball!

Me being the huge sportsfan that I am naturally when I heard the Sacramento Kings Basketball Dance Team was gonna be at the Silver Legacy I had to go check them out to get up to date on some stats! They were not only all very beautiful as you can see but they took time away from hitting homeruns to take a nice picture with me.

In the second photo you can also see what a gentleman I was by returning the favor and signing a few autographs for them before they had to get back on the court and shoot some free-goals and stuff.

Another great night in Reno if you ask me!!

Fri-day-cation

So today I picked up my bike from Reno Chop Shop sporting the new full length exhaust. Let's just say I was up in Virginia City in record time!! Way more power, more torque and it sounds cooler than it ever did! Over a hundred miles in 70 degree weather on the first day of Spring....Not a bad way to spend a couple of hours in Northern Nevada.

That's what I fell like with a couple of days off and nothing to do. So I got creative. Got the kayak out of the garage cleaned her out and took her over to the Sparks Marina. No celebrations at the lake just yet but after a couple of laps around the pond.....I remembered how much I love living in Sparks.

Old Time Photos at WILD BUNCH!!

Everybody likes taking pictures, but in Virginia City you can "Step back in Time" and take some Old Time Photos at WILD BUNCH.
I go every year for my birthday and one of the traditions is to take a picture at Wild Bunch. The ladies inside get ya all dressed up and really make sure you get a quality photo as you can see.(trust me it's not easy getting all those people in one photo) I like it so much I'm goin back for Street Vibrations and getting some more pics taken in September.

This is why they need a bailout!!!

For years and years I've been told by my Mother, Wife and other people who claim to know what they're talking about when it comes to finances to save my money. So about 12 years ago my wife and I started throwing our loose change into an old water bottle. What a F*%#in waste of time that was.
"Save your money for a rainy day" they said. Well today it SNOWED!
So I went to my bank and they told me they don't have the ability to take change that wasn't rolled. (They must have spent all their money on a wagon.) I went to some credit unions in town and they told me the same thing. I even called one of my Friends who is a smokin hot bank manager and she told me she'd take it if the change was rolled!!
No wonder these banks are BANKRUPT!!!
Take my freakin change and roll it your damn-selves!!!! This is YOUR job!! This is supposed to be what you do!! The last I checked the coin was a valid form of currency! And it was perfectly fine to deposit into my account. If I was to bring in $400. in "ones" I don't think they'd have a problem completing the transaction. However bring in 400 quarters and watch the tellers have a conniption fit!!
And these guys want a BAILOUT!!
Maybe if they spent more time rolling nickels,dimes and quarters and less time figuring out which holiday they were gonna take off, they'd be in a little bit better financial position right now.
Your other option is to take it to one of those machines in the grocery store. If you do you can say goodbye to at least 8%. What a rip-off!!
Save your money for a rainy day my A$$!
Go to the last true American Business that actually wants your change,.......A Casino!!

Moral: Don't give your money to banks...Give it to Casinos!!

(Posing here for my Nick Nolte mugshot) I commend the Washoe Co Sheriffs Office for not only the tour but for conducting themselves professionally, treating the detainees with respect and discipline and for saving you and I money as taxpayers by running an efficient, clean and organized jail!!

As nice as all the staff and guards were....I was glad to leave.

Ladies of the 80's

Altho Motley Crue's political views ruined for me what could have been a great concert, If there was one thing that I did like about the show,...It was the Ladies of the 80's!!!

19 Years ago this Month...

My wife and I on one of our first dates to see Motley Crue at the Long Beach Arena Feb 15th 1990. I had to borrow my guitar players car and I was sleeping on my drummers couch at the time.
The Hearse was the only thing I owned and even that I missed a couple of payments on.

Toy Run 2008

My biker buudy "Don" and I braved the cold and rode our scooters in the freezing cold to bring kids toys for Christmas. I donated a football and "Don" donated some toy motorcycles and a couple of Barbies. About 500 bikes showed up and another 500 people came by just to drop by toys,......It was freezing but even tho I couldnt feel my hands I felt warm and fuzzy inside!!
